He is licensed in California & New York, and has practiced in the Chancery Courts of Delaware & Tennessee. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court & United States District Courts for the State of Maine, and the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California. His clients have included Johnnie Cochran's firm in Los Angeles, Bank of the West, Woodfin Suites Hotels, The Superior Court of California, and The Emeryville Chamber of Commerce. David has served as a judge pro tem in four counties and as a law professor and lecturer, and served on numerous boards of directors.
